Meet the Cast

TAYLOR BOLSTAD (CHIFFON) began acting with her homeschool group when she was 7 years old, and at 14 began performing professionally around the Twin Cities, in- cluding the Old Log Theatre, Theater Garage and the History Theatre. When not on stage, she is training her horses. Later this year she is auditioning for an Equestrian Performance school in France where she hopes to bring her love of horses and theatre together. 

CARNETHA “NIKKI” ANTHONY (CRYSTAL) is an Actor/Educator that graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and Dance. She is studying to receive her M.F.A. in Musical Theatre from MSU, Mankato. Her recent/favorite credits include Hairspray (Motormouth Maybelle), Avenue Q (Gary Coleman), Big River (Alice) and Crumbs from the Table of Joy directed by Lou Bellamy (Lily Anne Green). 

KATIE BRADLEY (RONNETTE) Oregon Shakespeare Festival (The Cocoanuts, Into the Woods), Wallis Annenberg Center of Los Angeles (Into the Woods – OSF production), Children’s Theatre Co. (Mulan in Disney’s Mulan Jr., The Wong Kids in the Secret of the Space Chupacabra, Go!), TigerLion Arts (The Buddha Prince – NYC production), Ten Thousand Things (The Seven), Theatre de la Jeune Lune (Antigone), 7th House Theater Collective (Hair), Walking Shadow Theatre Co. (After the Quake), Jon Ferguson Co. company (Animal Farm), History Theatre (Snapshots: Life in the City), Mu Performing Arts (Into the Woods, Four Destinies, Little Shop of Horrors, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Ching Chong Chinaman, Asiamnesia,). 

MARK BRADLEY (MUSHNIK) is pleased to be appearing at Sidekick Theatre, and especially excited to be taking orders from his wife and daughter. His stage work includes appearances at the Guthrie Theater (1776, A View from the Bridge), Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, (State Fair, Greater Tuna,) the Ordway Music Theatre (Oklahoma, The Music Man), and the Old Log Theater (The Odd Couple, Moon Over Buffalo, and 18 children’s shows). He has done hundreds of radio & TV commercials, industrial films, narrations, and his on-camera work includes The Mighty Ducks and Sweet Corn, and the TV movies The Comeback and Vernie. 

CHRISTINE POLICH (AUDREY) is thrilled to be performing at the inaugural season of Sidekick Theatre! She graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2013, and recently finished an eight month contract on board a luxury cruise ship where she had the chance to travel the world. She has also been seen at The Lost Colony and Hersheypark in their piano dueling show. “Thank you to my fabulous mom, the biggest fan I’ll ever have!” 

BRIAN PEKOL (SEYMOUR) Originally from Rhinelander, WI, Brian has worked as an actor, music director and pianist since moving to the Twin Cities. Most recently, he appeared at the Old Log Theatre in Life Could Be A Dream, Almost Maine and A Year With Frog and Toad. He also served as Musical Director there for Life Could Be A Dream, Cowgirls and Freckleface Strawberry. A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Brian has toured across the US and Europe, and worked extensively in numerous recording studios. brianpekol.com
         
MATTHEW CAWLEY (ORIN / OTHERS)is a working actor and ceramic artist based out of Minneapolis. Originally from Louisville, CO, Matthew is a graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. His credits include: Black Tie (Theatre inthe Round), Seussical (Phipps Center for the Arts), Annie (Paul Bunyan Playhouse), Mrs. Charles (Freshwater Theatre), It’s a Wonderful Life (Lyric Arts) and Our Town, Big River (The Barnstormers Theatre – Tamworth, NH). 

REGINALD D. HANEY II (AUDREY II) is originally from Chicago, graduated from Hope College in Holland Michigan and did his graduate work at Minnesota State University at Mankato. His Twin Cities theater credits include Theatre Latte Da, Interact, Bloomington Civic Theatre, the Guthrie Lab, Stages, Minneapolis Musical Theater and next season he will be appearing at Chanhassen Dinner Theater in Sister Act. Reginald also sings with the three time Grammy winning gospel group, Sounds of Blackness.
